How do I place an order?

Simply browse our collections, add your favourite items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. Once the order is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with your order details.
Do you ship across India?

Yes, we offer delivery across India.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery time depends on your location, but most orders arrive within 5 business days.
Can I return or exchange a product?

We accept returns or refunds only in cases where the product is damaged, defective, or not the correct size. Please inform us within 48 hours of delivery if you encounter any such issue. Once your return request is approved, kindly note that the delivery/return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

Please email us at support@honeyhugskid.com within 48 hours of receiving your order, along with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
How can I track my order?

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

What are the shipping/delivery charges?

Shipping is free for all prepaid orders above ₹1499. A small delivery charge is applied otherwise.
